Contract and Emergency Service

Clients can arrange contract service or purchase service on demand. Contract service provides the best alternative for most labs. Preventative maintenance service inspections are part of the contract, along with emergency visits. Since MAS schedules more routine service for its clients than any other service group in the country, the need for emergency service is substantially reduced. Your company benefits from preventative maintenance since your instrumentation remains on-line, which allows MAS to keep its contract prices lower. However, top priority is given to those labs requiring emergency service.

Service Area, Parts and Fees

Currently, service is available in the Southeastern Region and on the West coast. Future service areas will be added as needed. As with any standard service program, parts are purchased from the factory.
