Combined with our IH consulting group, MAS offers a full
suite of IH services, from initial assessments to sampling
and testing. For over 15 years, MAS has been a recognized
leader in the field of air particulate characterization and
specialty analysis. Our laboratory in Atlanta is both AIHA (Laboratory ID: 100655)
and NVLAP(Lab Code 101235-0) (EPA) accredited, and it offers a comprehensive
set of air quality services, including tests for:
| • |
Metals |
| • |
Lead (air, water, soil, paint chips, wipes) |
| • |
Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs) |
| • |
Total Volatile Organic Compounds (TVOCs) |
| • |
Microbiological Volatile Organic Compounds (MVOCs) |
| • |
Mold spores |
| • |
Particulate/dust/fume/odor characterization |
| • |
Total and respirable particulates |
| • |

QA/QC
MAS adheres to stringent standards of quality control that
comply with AIHA (Laboratory ID: 100655), NVLAP(Lab Code 101235-0) and ISO17025 policies to ensure accurate,
reliable and consistent results for our clients. The quality
control program ensures the accuracy of analytical results
through training, method selection, procedures, use of standard
calibration curves, and analysis of blank and spiked samples.
MAS also participates in AIHA’s (Laboratory ID: 100655) Proficiency
Analytical Testing (PAT) program for metals, organics, diffusive
samples and viables (fungal), and we use only the most current
NIOSH, OSHA, EPA and ASTM (links) methodologies. Our rigorous
QA/QC programs ensure that clients receive the most accurate
and legally defensible results possible.
